What are AI Agents?

Workflow Agents
Levelpath workflow agents coordinate multi-step procurement processes, combining task and research agents to complete complex work such as request for proposal (RFP) analysis, contract lifecycle management, and supplier onboarding. Built in Ranger Studio, each workflow agent is configured with defined triggers, context, instructions, and outputs, so it activates at the right point in a process and executes work without a user managing every individual step. Workflow agents retrieve and harmonize supplier, contract, and sourcing data; generate project summaries, executive briefs, and structured RFP inputs; extract and organize contract terms and metadata; and turn unstructured content into formatted reports or documents.
